FAQ

What precautions are you taking against COVID-19?

We are a small family business. One of our artists is especially vulnerable to the virus. We are committed to practicing safe social distancing in all of our work and to creating art only in clean environments. We are also committed to taking all possible measures in ensuring that the artwork you purchase is also handled safely, efficiently, and cleanly before shipping it out to you. Please take care of yourself during these unprecedented times.

Do you do commissions?

Commissions are available; Currently Ludmila Syrova is available for commissions, provided the request is for a miniature work (5" x 5" or under). Dmitry Syrov is currently not available for commissions as he is currently not in the U.S. - he will be back soon!

Where do you ship artwork?

We ship worldwide. Shipping domestically to another region of the U.S. is free.

When should I expect my artwork to arrive?

We have a policy of shipping your artwork out within two days. Shipping time within the US should take between 3 - 5 business days. International shipping can take longer, and is dependent on the destination country. We send you a tracking number to your email regardless once it is shipped out as well so that you know where your purchase is at all times. If there are any longer than expected delays however, please reach out to us at sales@syrovart.com and we will investigate the issue.

Something happened and I need to return a product. Help!

If the product is undamaged, please email us at returns@syrovart.com before 15 days have passed since its arrival. If it has been damaged in the process of shipping however, please be sure to send us a picture of the damage caused by the shipping company. We will initiate the return process. Once we have received the artwork in its original packaging and inspected it, we will refund you your money. For more information, please check out our Returns/Refunds page!
